1. Returns & Eligibility
- Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Due to the personal nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for health and safety reasons.
- To be eligible, you must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [shop@laddo.co.za] with photos, and we will arrange with the courier company for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.

4. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, promotional items, and Access Packs (e.g., Tribe100 Packs) are non-refundable.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. How to Return a Product

- Our support team will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Please ship the product back securely packaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was damaged or incorrect).
